Rental Period Details

• Pickup: Starts every Wednesday

• Last Return: Tuesday
  (6-day rental period starting every Wednesday)

Customers may pick up their rental items on any day within the rental period.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• All pickups and returns must be done strictly within our business hours.

• Self-pickup only, or customers may arrange their own delivery through third-party services such as Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, or Grab.

• Booking Fee (Minimum Payment): Required to secure the date and item/reservation.

• Security Deposit (Refundable): Required to ensure item safety. The amount will be advised by our staff based on the rental value.

REMINDER!!

All items are tested and checked before being taken out. Video and pictures will be taken during preparation and before pickup to show you everything working fine before taking out from our premise. Please check & verify immediately, especially for all electric items after receiving them. If you do not verify the condition immediately after receiving it, if it is not working a few days after being taken, it will be under your responsibility because the item can get a problem (not lighted) if you or your team not handle it with care
